A flat shipping rate of $18.95 + tax in Canadian dollars is charged for ground service on orders being delivered within Canada.

International customers can contact our store via email or phone to get a shipping quote..

The Curling Store will waive the flat rate shipping fee on purchases over $300.00 for Canada and USA orders only. If items are returned and the order falls below $300.00 the flat rate shipping charge will be deducted from the refunded amount.

*U.S. and International customers are responsible for all customs / import duties.

BACK ORDERS / DISCONTINUED ITEMS

In the event that a back ordered or discontinued item should be available for purchase on our website, you will be notified via email or phone within 24 hours (weekends and holidays excluded) to make an adjustment to your purchase.

If we receive no reply from you by phone or email within 5 business days, the remainder of the order (excluding the back ordered item(s), will be shipped and you will be refunded for the unavailable item(s).
